Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years Both genders Candidate for FESS ASA physical status I or II Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine Pregnant women Hypertensive or cardiac patients Use of beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers Hematological disorders (e.g., coagulopathy) Hepatic or renal impairment
