Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18 years and above 2. Individuals who consume rice regularly 3. individuals who live a sedentary lifestyle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are on any medication (especially those that affects glucose metabolism) 2. People who frequently take part in rigorous exercises. 3. People with established intolerance or allergies to rice or ingredients in the experimental dishes. 4. Individuals recovering from severe illnesses.
