Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Patients who have allergy for landiolol. B) Patients who have contraindications for beta blocker (uncontrolled bronchial asthma, shock, coronary spastic angina, peripheral artery disease). C) Patients with heart rate of 40 times/min or less D) Patients with low left ventricular function (left ventricular ejection fraction: 25% or less). E) Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
