Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) unexplained reason recurrent pregnancy loss 2) past histry of spontaneous aboirtion (more than 6 times) 3) no child birth with immunogamma globulin therapy 4) no medical complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of allergy to G-CSF
