45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the diagnosis of stroke in the World Health Organization Steps Stroke Manual; 2. The first unilateral onset of stroke; 3. The duration of the disease is within 2 weeks - 6 months; 4. Brunnstrom stage is from?-?stage; 5. The patient is not taking muscle relaxants and has no significant recent changes in muscle tone; 6. 45-80 years of age male or female (females must be postmenopausal); 7. Patients who are conscious and able to cooperate during the trial process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials or received acupuncture treatment within the last 3 months; 2. Allergy to metals and resin materials; 3. Patients with Alzheimer's disease or severe cognitive impairment; 4. Patients with bone diseases related to the limbs such as fractures or bone tumors; 5. Patients with severe visuospatial disorders (e.g. hemianopsia unilateral neglect and dumping syndrome); 6. Patient has severe acute or chronic organic disease or activity-limiting comorbidities.
