Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with knee OA according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) clinical criteria . 2.Disease duration =5 years. 3.Body Mass Index (BMI) =30 . 4.Radiographic confirmation of osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence Grade II or III). 5.Pain score =4 on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). 6.No gender restriction age between 40 and 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participation in other clinical trials or acupuncture treatment within the last 3 months. 2.Allergies to metals or photosensitive resins. 3.Knee replacement surgery or patients awaiting knee surgery. 4.Knee pain caused by other diseases. 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 6.Use of hormones analgesics or other medications within the past month. 7.Arthroscopic examination within the past 12 months or intra-articular injection within the past 6 months. 8.Severe acute or chronic organic diseases or mental disorders.
