45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who were diagnosed with PD according to the 2015 international MDS PD criteria; 2) no history of FOG (NFOGQ score =0); 3) PD patients at high risk of developing FOG (the risk value was accounted according to our established predicting model for FOG); 4) having received a stable anti PD medication therapy for at least 2 months ; 5) aged ranging from 45 to 85 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients were diagnosed with atypical parkinsonism, secondary parkinsonism or hereditary PD; 2) history of serous organic diseases (heart disease, hypertension, lung tuberculosis, nephritis, etc.); 3) history of serious arthritis, bone and joint diseases; 4) having regularly participated in sports exercises during the recent 2 months; 5) Mini Mental Stage Examination(MMSE) score was less than 23 points.
