Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Non-athletic older adults aged 65-75 years; no previous record of any drug or supplement use in the last 1 month; without the experience of regular physical activity in the last year The exclusion criteria: the history of special diseases (such as chronic lung disease (COLD); ischemic heart disease (IHD); valvular heart disease (VHD); hypertension (HTN); Hyperlipoproteinemia (HLP); Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM); etc); allergy to dark chocolate; unwillingness; smoking; Mental disorder; muscular or joint injuries (like: Slip disk in the back)
