Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: willingness to participate in the study; passing one month after the last surgery; Heart surgery for the first time. Exclusion Criteria: Patients with mental and physical disabilities; Emergency situation; The use of psychotropic medications
