Conditions

Gestational pruritic dermatoses, gestational atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. This study explores genetic susceptibility and immune inflammatory disturbances in pregnant women suffering from the above dermatoses, as well as their effects on early health outcomes of offspring.

Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Female
Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Underwent routine clinical NIPT at participating medical institutions. 2.Possess complete, accessible raw NIPT sequencing data (usually BAM/FASTQ format) and corresponding clinical reports. 3.Aged 18 years or older. 4.Voluntarily enroll in the study and sign informed consent to permit the research team to utilize their NIPT data, clinical medical records, and subsequent follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.High-risk result for chromosomal aneuploidy on NIPT (e.g., T21/T18/T13). Such cases represent definitive pregnancy complications that may confound cutaneous conditions and pregnancy outcomes. 2.Unqualified NIPT data quality or missing key information, precluding secondary bioinformatic analysis. 3.Planned delivery outside the participating hospital system, making offspring outcome data unavailable for collection. 4.Conception via assisted reproductive technology with donor oocytes or donor embryos (discordant genetic backgrounds).
