Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Junior and senior high school students aged 12–18 years; 2. Able to understand the questionnaire content and complete the assessment; 3. Students and their guardians provide written informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in the study; 4. Have not received other psychological interventions in the past 6 months and are not currently on a waiting list for other psychological interventions.
