Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years No other local hepatic interventions (e.g., surgery, radiofrequency ablation [RFA], transcatheter arterial chemoembolization [TACE], etc.) received before or during SBRT treatment Complete clinical data and follow-up records; 2. Gender: No restriction; 3.Admitted to Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University between January 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024, followed by loss of follow-up due to no further medical visits Definite diagnosis of colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM) confirmed by pathological or imaging examinations; 4.Received complete stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) regimen; 5.No other local hepatic interventions (e.g., surgery, radiofrequency ablation [RFA], transcatheter arterial chemoembolization [TACE], etc.) received before or during SBRT treatment Complete clinical data and follow-up records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent other malignant tumors; 2. Presence of treatment contraindications such as severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, coagulopathy, etc. 3.Loss of follow-up or death due to non-tumor-related factors during the follow-up period;
