Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-year junior high school students enrolled in school; 2. Understand the content of the questionnaire and are able to answer; 3. The student and their guardian have signed written informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; 4. Have not received other psychological interventions in the past 6 months, and are not on the waiting list for other interventions.
