Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IMN Case Group: (1) Patients with initial onset whose renal biopsy pathology meets the diagnostic criteria for IMN; (2) Patients who have not previously used steroids or other immunosuppressive treatments; (3) PLA2R antibody positive; (4) Age between 18-75 years; (5) Patients provide informed consent. 2. Healthy Control Group: (1) No history of autoimmune diseases, malignancies, hypertension, diabetes, or other chronic diseases; (2) No gastrointestinal-related diseases in the past 3 months; (3) Age between 18-75 years; (4) Matched with the case group in terms of gender and age; (5) Patients provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. IMN Case Group: (1) Patients with autoimmune diseases, secondary glomerulonephritis, combined diabetes, or gastrointestinal diseases; (2) Those who have taken antibiotics, probiotics/prebiotics, or other microbiota preparations within one month before sample collection; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 2. Healthy Control Group: (1) Individuals with a history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, or tumors; (2) Individuals with kidney diseases or other systemic diseases; (3) Those who have taken probiotics/prebiotics or other microbiota preparations within the past month.
