Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the M-protein positive group: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. Visited Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2023 to July 2024 and did not return for subsequent medical visits; 4. Patients diagnosed as M-protein positive by capillary immunotyping electrophoresis and/or agarose immunofixation electrophoresis. Inclusion criteria for the M-protein negative group: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. Visited Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2023 to July 2024 and did not return for subsequent medical visits; 4. Patients determined to be M-protein negative based on capillary immunotyping electrophoresis and/or agarose immunofixation electrophoresis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with incomplete subject information or those not fully collected for other reasons.
