Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: case group: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Hospitalized patients in our hospital's severe COVID-19 ward; 3.SARS-CoV-2 infection meeting the diagnostic criteria specified in China's *Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 (Trial Version 10)*. 4.All patients had residual serum samples greater than 1 mL from routine tests. control group: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2.The person who underwent a health examination at our hospital's physical fitness center; 3. COVID-19 test negative; 4.All patients had residual serum samples greater than 1 mL from routine tests.
