Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the nurse's professional qualification certification. 2. Clear consciousness, communication and interpersonal skills; And able to understand the questionnaire content and complete the survey. 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trainees, regulatory trainees, and other non center employees. 2. Not engaged in frontline clinical nursing work for more than 1 year. 3. Being on sick leave, personal leave, or maternity leave for more than 3 months. 4. Vulnerable groups other than research unit employees or researchers' subordinates, including individuals with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, and at risk Heavy patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc.
