Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for case group: 1 Patients with first onset and pathological diagnosis of kidney biopsy meeting the diagnostic criteria of IMN; 2 No previous use of hormones or other immunosuppressive therapy; 3 PLA2R antibody positive; 4 Age 18-75 years old; 5 Patient informed consent. Control group inclusion criteria: 1 No history of autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases; 2 no gastrointestinal diseases in the past 3 months; 3 Aged 18-70 years old; 4 Gender and age were matched with the case group;5Patient informed consen 5 Patient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for case groups 1 Patients with autoimmune diseases, secondary glomerulonephritis, combined diabetes or gastrointestinal diseases 2 Have taken antibiotics, probiotics/prebiotics or other microecological preparations within 1 month of specimen collection; 3 Pregnant and lactating women.
