Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) ASAI~III level; (3) women undergoing radical breast cancer surgery under general anesthesia; (4) Participate in this trial voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative arrhythmia (bradycardia (HR=10 points and AIS>6 points); (5) BMI>30kg/m^2; (6) Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome; (7) Long-term use of psychotropic medications.
