Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years; 2. ASAI~III level; 3. Patients undergoing elective spine surgery 4. Participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form if they are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia (bradycardia (HR<55bpm) and conduction block, etc.) before surgery; 2. The skin of the vagus nerve site is damaged, red, swollen, infected, etc. 3. Those suffering from infectious diseases, malignant tumors, severe hematopoietic diseases, and those with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, and kidney.
