Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 60 to 85 years, diagnosed with gastric or colorectal cancer, regardless of gender; (2) Patients who underwent laparoscopic resection of abdominal tumors under general anesthesia (gastric, colon, rectal); (3) BMI of 18 kg/m^2 to 30 kg/m^2. Body mass index (BMI) = weight (kg) / height (m)^2; (4) ASA classification (American Society of Anesthesiologists classification) of I-III; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with local skin infection or injury in the concha area; (2) illiterate or with severe visual or hearing impairment, unable to communicate with the surgeon; (3) patients with a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness, or dementia, Parkinson's disease; (4) history of substance abuse; (5) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of <=23 before surgery; (6) patients with preoperative pain and currently taking central analgesic drugs, opioid addicts and dependent individuals; (7) patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; (8) patients with pacemaker implantation or with a clear electrocardiographic conduction disorder.
