12-week integrated neuromuscular training group:Integrated neuromuscular training programme for 12 consecutive weeks

8-week integrated neuromuscular training group:A integrated neuromuscular training programme was carried out for 8 consecutive weeks, followed by a 4-week pause.

12-week control training group:Conduct of a regular training programme for 12 consecutive weeks

8-week control training group:8 consecutive weeks of regular training programme followed by a 4-week pause.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male Wushu Sanshou athletes, 18-25 years old, national level athletes or above. (2) Subjects are in good health, without diseases affecting the cardiovascular system or serious sports injuries. (3) Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The subject has any chronic disease that affects the outcome of the experiment, such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. (2) The subject has a history of major surgery or serious sports injury within the last six months. (3) Subjects with poor compliance, inability to ensure participation in all tests and training as required during the experiment, incomplete data collection. (4) Subjects who are unable to complete the entire experiment and whose data are incomplete.
