18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective craniotomys with kull-pin placement; 2, Patient obtained written informed consent; 3, Age between 18 and 60 years old; 4, ASA classification I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with proven or suspected allergy to bupivacaine, a history of coronary artery disease, patients who had received antihypertensive therapy or who had uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, coagulopathies or diabetes mellitus, with aneurysm or any other cerebrovascular disorder, and patients with raised ICP or a history of brain trauma were excluded from the study.
