trigeminal neuralgia

Interventions

control group:After induction of anaesthesia, sufentanil 0.1ug/kg was given intravenously 10min before head-stapling.

Dexamethasone 0.5ug/kg group:After induction, dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg was administered 10min before headpinning, and the intravenous drip was completed within 10min.

Local infiltration group:After induction and 10 min before headpinning, 1% lidocaine 2 ml was given to the patient for local infiltration of the forehead at the site of headpinning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective craniotomys with kull-pin placement; 2, Patient obtained written informed consent; 3, Age between 18 and 60 years old; 4, ASA classification I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with proven or suspected allergy to bupivacaine, a history of coronary artery disease, patients who had received antihypertensive therapy or who had uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, coagulopathies or diabetes mellitus, with aneurysm or any other cerebrovascular disorder, and patients with raised ICP or a history of brain trauma were excluded from the study.
