Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary advanced, recurrent gynecological malignancies (ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, etc.) or recurrent gynecological malignancies in the pelvic lateral wall. 2. According to clinical evaluation, surgical treatment can achieve local tumor cure or at least prolong the life of patients. 3. The patient's physical and mental state can withstand the risks of surgery and cope with postoperative complications. 4. There is no equivalent alternative therapy. 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor has been evaluated as distant metastasis by imaging or considered unresectable by physical examination. 2. This operation is planned only for the treatment of disease complications (such as rectovaginal fistula). 3. Lack of histological evidence of gynecological malignancy. 4.
