Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males aged 18-25 years with a significant predilection for staple foods, maintaining a stable weight for at least six months, normal fasting blood glucose, lipid, liver and kidney function, regular diet, no functional constipation or diarrhea, and able to tolerate a 12-hour nocturnal fasting state the day before each trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants whose parents have diabetes, are currently taking certain medications or undergoing certain treatments, are allergic to one or more foods, have a particular diet (high-protein diet, vegetarian, etc.), and are going to participate in another trial within the last month. Those who have taken antibiotics in the last 2 months, those who have a habit of regularly consuming fermented products such as yogurt are to be considered for exclusion or discontinuation of yogurt 10-15 days prior to enrollment.
