Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission combined with imaging examination (CR, CT, MRI, etc.) was confirmed as the first fresh unilateral femoral neck, intertrochanteric fracture or distal femoral fracture, aged >=65 years, injury time <=6h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Time of injury: > 6h; Open fractures or hemorrhagic wounds in other parts of the body or hemorrhagic diseases in other parts of the body (such as gastrointestinal bleeding); Combined with other fresh fractures; Patients with previous clotting dysfunction; Those who were admitted to hospital and found thrombosis in deep vein of lower extremity by vascular color ultrasound, or had a history of thromboembolism; Pulmonary infection or other site infection, which cannot be effectively controlled; Electrolyte disturbance and abnormal blood volume; Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, brain and lung; It has always been clear that patients who are allergic to tranexamic acid or allergic constitution should be combined with the patient's general condition before the application of tranexamic acid, referring to the instructions of tranexamic acid, RHU-EPo, iron sucrose or The Chinese Pharmacopoeia. If there are adverse reactions, they should be dealt with in time.
