Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA) for severe osteoarthritis of the knee, and primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) for osteoarthritis of the hip, dysplasia of the hip (DDH) and necrosis of the femoral head (40 cases);40 patients underwent primary total joint arthroplasty due to inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. 2. Patients undergoing joint revision for non-infectious reasons;Patients undergoing surgical treatment for infection (primary/secondary surgery/debridement and drainage); Patients who underwent a second surgery (temporary prosthesis removal, total hip/knee revision) due to infection; Of these, 59 were infected and 47 were non-infected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who may refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT); 3. Patients with oral anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs; 4. Patients with hemophilia A or B; 5. Patients who were given antibiotics 2 weeks before surgery.
