Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Hospitalized for congenital heart disease in Affiliated Children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics; 2) Age from 2 months to 6 years; 2) CPB operation; 4) The legal guardian gives informed consent to this study and signs relevant documents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with renal abnormalities before surgery; 2) Combined with congenital urinary system malformation, such as polycystic kidney, single kidney, renal dysplasia, horseshoe kidney, etc.; 3) High-dose nephrotoxic drugs, including methotrexate, vancomycin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, cyclosporin A and omeprazole, were used within 1 month or during this study; 4) Combined with other serious diseases ; 5) Combined with acute or chronic infection.
