trial group:Operation within 72 hours of onset
control group:operation after the treatment of pancreatitis, the patient have no recurrence after normal eating

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the revised Atlanta classification of acute pancreatitis criteria for mild pancreatitis and meet the Tokyo Guidelines for Acute biliary tract Infection 2018 edition for acute cholecystitis severity rating of Grand; 2. Patients who volunteered to join the study after fully understanding the informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with past history of acute pancreatitis have pancreatic surgery or ERCP cholangiopancreatography; 2. Patients with grade IV or above of the Amecian Sychological Association (ASA) are not suitable for surgery due to poor cardiopulmonary function; 3. Pregnant patients aged less than 18 years old or more than 70 years old; 4. Patients with choledocholithiasis or biliary obstruction.
