Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sceduled for cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; (2) Infants and children (1 ~ 12 years old) patients; (3) the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery; (2) Premature babies; (3) Preoperative renal ultrasound examination is abnormal; (4) Preoperative renal laboratory examination is abnormal; (5) Genetic or chromosomal abnormalities; (6) There are other organ malformations or functional abnormalities; (7) Participating in other clinical trials; (8) There are other circumstances in which this study cannot be completed.
