18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years with hepatitis B or hepatitis C background; 2. Patients with ECoG score of 0, 1; 3. Subjects with child Pugh grade A or B in liver function; 4. Patients with liver tumor diameter <=5cm and <=3, and confirmed as HCC by 2 enhanced images or puncture pathology; 5. Patients with PVTT confirmed by biopsy (cytology or tissue); 6. Patients without tumor related treatment history (such as liver transplantation, surgical resection, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, 125I seed implantation, chemotherapy, microwave ablation, radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation, alcohol ablation, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HCC patients with hepatic vein invasion or tumor thrombus; 2. Patients with severe liver function impairment (child Pugh score > 9, serum total bilirubin level > 3 mg / dl, refractory massive ascites, hepatic encephalopathy); 3. Patients with uncontrollable basic diseases (such as infection, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, intrahepatic bile duct expansion, etc.); 4. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction (PLT 30 s, PTA <40%); 5. Patients with other malignant tumor or extrahepatic metastasis.
