Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of JMML as defined by the 2016 WHO criteria; 2. Aged <=18 years; 3. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ dysfunction not caused by the disease; 2. Combined with other tumors (such as solid tumors) or hematopoietic diseases; 3. Prior hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or other intravenous chemotherapy.
