Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and have been diagnosed with spinal metastasis by imaging and pathology; 2. Patients meeting the surgical indications of spinal metastatic tumor proposed by multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment expert consensus (2020 edition) of prostate cancer bone metastasis, namely, spinal instability or vertebral collapse; Tumor compression leads to significant neurological dysfunction; Tumors that are not sensitive to radiotherapy or chemotherapy or hormone therapy; Nonsurgical treatment of intractable pain was not effective. A histopathological diagnosis is required; The tumor's circumscribed dural growth compresses the spinal cord.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Estimated survival time <3 months; 2. Extensive systemic bone damage; 3. Extensive metastases involving multiple organs; 4. Poor systemic condition, unable to tolerate surgery; 5. Unwilling to sign the informed consent.
