intermediate risk:azacitidine
high risk:azacitidine combined with FLAG regimen as a bridging therapy prior to HSCT and azacitidine for relapse prevention after HSC

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of JMML as defined by the 2016 WHO criteria. 2. Aged <=18 years. 3. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ dysfunction not caused by JMML. 2. Combined with other tumors (such as solid tumors) or hematopoietic diseases. 3. Prior hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or other intravenous chemotherapy. 4. Lanskyplay performance score < 40.
