Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for physicians: 1. trainee doctors in shanghai tenth peoples hospital; 2. have less than 50 hours of ultrasound experience; 3. graduated from university; 4. Attended the training course of our ultrasound department (independent of this project). Inclusion criteria for specialist were: 1. regular employee of shanghai tenth peoples hospital; 2. have more than 10 years experience of ultrasound screening; 3. The authors of the article acknowledged his/her ability and voted for it unanimously. Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Outpatients of tenth peoples hospital; 2. over 18 years of age; 3. agreed to take part in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: disagreed to take part in the experiment.
