Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive high-risk AKI patients admitted to ICU immediately after surgery from July 2020 to June 2022 will be included. 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who meet at least one of the following high risk factors for AKI recommended by KDIGO guidelines: sepsis, critical illness (requiring vasoactive drugs or mechanical ventilation), severe trauma, non cardiac surgery, circulatory shock (systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg or 40mmhg lower than baseline value); 3. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ICU stay less than 72 hours; 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease; 3. Patients who received renal replacement therapy before operation; 4. Patients who received immunosuppressive therapy before or after operation; 5. Patients who are expected to die within 72 hours after operation due to massive hemorrhage and other reasons; 6. Patients with incomplete blood and urine samples were collected.
