Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admission combined with imaging examination (CR, CT, MRI, etc.) was diagnosed as the first fresh unilateral femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Patients with an injury time <= 6h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open fractures or other parts of the body with bleeding wounds or other parts of the body with bleeding diseases (such as gastrointestinal bleeding); 2. Patients with fresh fractures in other parts; 3. Patients with previous coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with thrombus in deep vein of lower extremity or previous history of thromboembolism were found by color Doppler ultrasound at admission; 5. Patients with pulmonary infection or infection in other parts, whose infection has not been effectively controlled; 6. Patients with heart, brain, lung and other serious diseases; 7. Patients who have a clear allergy or allergic constitution to tranexamine in the past. Before the application of tranexamic acid, the patient's general condition should be considered, and the adverse reactions should be handled in time according to the drug Manual of tranexamic acid or Pharmacopoeia of China.
