Gold Standard:If the patient is positive for Hp on histology or breath test, it is definitely Hp infection. If both histological examination and breath test were negative, it was Hp negative.

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergo gastroscopy in the hospital; 2. Signed informed consent voluntarily; 3. Prior to gastroscopy, the 13C-UBT should be approved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who took antibiotics or bismuth in the first month, had used antacids (H2 antagonists or proton pump inhibitors), prokinetic drugs (mosapride or doperidone, etc.) and gastric mucosa protectants (tipredone, sucralose, rabapet, etc.) in the previous 2 weeks; 2. Patients with serious pathological changes of important organs (heart, liver, kidney, lung, etc.) of the whole body; 3. Patients with a history of gastric cancer, peptic ulcer or submucosal tumor, and endoscopic findings of food residue retention, ulcers, lumps or stenosis.
