Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for volunteer: Healthy people aged 18-65, ETDQ-7 score less than 14.5, no special history, details can be found in exclusion criteria; 2. Inclusion criteria for patients: age 18-65, ETDQ-7 score > 14.5, or/and ETS-7 < 7, abnormal results of eustachian tube function examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer exclusion criteria: past or recent history of allergic rhinitis, laryngopharyngeal reflux, chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal cavity, nasal sinus or nasopharyngeal space occupancy, temporomandibular joint disease, tympanotomy or catheterization, endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck radiotherapy, acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute otitis media, cleft palate or disease history, cleft palate repair Reoperation, craniofacial syndrome (including Down's syndrome), cystic fibrosis, ciliary dysfunction syndrome, or other systemic immunodeficiency history, major cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular disease history; 2. Exclusion criteria for patients: past or recent history of nasal cavity, sinus or nasopharynx occupancy, temporomandibular joint disease, acute upper respiratory tract infection, cleft palate or history, cleft palate repair, craniofacial syndrome (including Down's syndrome), cystic fibrosis, ciliary body dysfunction syndrome, or other systemic immunodeficiency disease History of major cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases.
