Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Solitary pulmonary nodules or ground glass lesions found in imaging examination (the longest diameter less than 30mm); Patients who intend to surgical resection or biopsy; Preoperative CT scan (thin layer thickness less than 1mm); Patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have been treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy; Suspected to have been transferred elsewhere;Imaging findings showed signs of significant correlation with benign nodules: concentric calcification; popcorn calcification; fat density; 10mm lesions over 2 years of follow-up did not increase; The patients were followed up for 13 months; Patients who require treatment for tuberculosis or other disease which is not suitable for surgery or biopsy; Patients with other malignancies
