Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) inpatients diagnosed as cirrhosis; 2) aged more than 18 years; 3) not diagnosed as AKI yet,but having risk factors during hospitalization: Large-volume paracentesis (>3L/d), gastrointestinal bleeding, infection/spontaneous peritoneal inflammation, diuretics increasing doses, intravenous contrast agents, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed AKI on admission; 2) proposed or had kidney or liver transplantation, chronic kidney disease (baseline creatinine value > 353.6 umol/l), renal replacement therapy, the causes of renal dysfunction such as glomerulonephritis or kidney seeper etc, urinary tract infections; 3) tumor; 4) the expected life less than 3 d; 5) pregnancy.
