28 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with clinically pathologically diagnosed metastatic cdc; 2. ecog performance status =18 years, a life expectancy >=12 weeks; 4. no major comorbid conditions; 5. 1-dimensionally measurable disease by response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (recist) criteria; 6. adequate hematological, renal hepatic function, including neutrophil count >=1.5*10^9/l, platelet count >= 100*10^9/l, hemoglobin >=9 mg/dl, estimated creatinine clearance >=30 ml/min/m2, bilirubin less than 1.5 times uln, tranminase (aspartate aminotransferase alanine aminotransferase) less than 2 times of uln (less than 4 times of uln with hepatic metastases).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. hypersensitivity to sorafenib or sunitinib; 2. a second cancer diagnosis during the last 5 years except in situ carcinoma of the cervix or bal cell carcinoma of the skin; 3. definite medical history of allograft transplantation; 4. pregnant or lactating female.
