Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women with OAB receiving Solifenacin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological deficit (stroke, paralysis due to spinal cord trauma, etc.); 2. History of anatomical urinary tract disorders (fistula, tumor, etc.); 3. Recurrent urinary tract infections; 4. History of allergy to solifenacin; 5. Narrow-angle glaucoma; 6. Use of oral or topical estrogen within the past week; 7. Cancer or gynecological malignancy; 8. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; 9. Pelvic organ prolapse grade 2 or higher; 10. Previous use of diuretics (furosemide, spironolactone, thiazides) or antimuscarinic medications.
