18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 until 25 years 2. currently competing at university or regional level 3. right-handed and using the right arm as the dominant racket arm 4. having completed at least three years of systematic tennis training 5. participating in tennis practice at least three times per week 6. able to perform repeated maximal-intent forehand strokes without pain, restriction, or technical limitation 7. willing to maintain habitual tennis practice and attend the scheduled intervention and assessment sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a performance-limiting musculoskeletal injury within the previous six months 2. current pain or functional limitation affecting tennis participation or maximal-intent forehand execution 3. a cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, or other medical condition that could compromise exercise safety or motor performance 4. major musculoskeletal surgery within the previous 12 months 5. participation within the previous three months in structured biomechanics-informed feedback, individualized forehand retraining, kinetic-chain power training, or racket-speed training 6. planned participation in another structured technical or physical-conditioning intervention during the study period.

Change in Dominant Kinematic Phenotype Score 3 month after intervention Measured as the change in the baseline dominant kinematic phenotype score from T0 to T2 using standardized four-camera two-dimensional high-speed video analysis.

Secondary

Change in Kinetic-Chain Power Capacity 3 month after intervention Measured as the change from T0 to T2 in radar-derived 3-kg rotational medicine-ball release velocity and body-height-normalized lateral-bound distance.
