Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parent or primary caregiver of a child with confirmed transfusion-dependent beta-thalassemia major. 2. The child receives regular blood transfusions. 3. Aged 18 years or older. 4. Able to communicate in Indonesian. 5. Willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregiver of a child older than 18 years. 2. Caregiver of a child with major congenital anomalies. 3. Caregiver of a child with neurological disorders. 4. Unable to participate in all intervention sessions or follow-up assessments.
