45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 45 to 60 years old, 2.No pain in the hip, knee, ankle, and foot in the previous 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI more than 30 kg/m2, 2. History of lower extremity fracture, pathology, or surgery, 3. Presence of neurological disorders, inability to walk without assistance, or any disease affecting gait, 4. Leg length discrepancy greater than 1 cm, 5. Q angle more than 20 degrees indicating valgus knee alignment, 6. Q angle less than 8 degrees indicating varus knee alignment, 7. Knee flexion less than or equal to 120 degrees or knee extension outside the range of minus 5 to 0 degrees, 8. Positive Patellar apprehension test indicating lateral knee instability, 9. Positive Clarke's test indicating patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), 10. Highly pronated foot with FPI scores of 10 or higher or highly supinated foot with FPI scores of minus 5 or lower, 11. Presence of any wound, ulcer, or skin lesion on the foot that may interfere with insole application or gait assessment, 12. Presence of systemic diseases such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
