Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80years old, 2. Diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome, 3. Fail conservative treatment for atleast 3months, 4. Inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, 2. Presence of thenar muscle atrophy, 3. Pregnancy, 4. Diabetes mellitus, 5. History of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR) or old cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), 6. Active breastfeeding, 7. History of allergy to hyaluronic acid
