Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with coronary artery disease. 3. Underwent successful first-time percutaneous coronary intervention. 4. Enrolled in the chronic disease management program at Hanoi Heart Hospital. 5. Able to communicate and complete study questionnaires. 6. Own and are able to use a smartphone. 7. Provide written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous percutaneous coronary intervention or previous major cardiovascular events. 2. Unsuccessful percutaneous coronary intervention or requirement for advanced life support after the procedure, including intra-aortic balloon pump, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, mechanical ventilation, or renal replacement therapy. 3. Severe communication impairment, including impaired consciousness, psychiatric disorders, severe hearing impairment, or inability to communicate reliably. 4. Severe comorbidities that may affect study participation or outcomes, including cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe arthritis with complications, or end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis. 5. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent or complete study follow-up
