Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female older adults aged 60 years or older. 2.Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), defined as a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 0 to 24. 3.No depression, defined as a Thai Geriatric Depression Scale (TGDS-15) score of 0 to 10. 4.Independent in activities of daily living, defined as a Barthel Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score of 12 or higher. 5.Able to see, hear, communicate, and read and write in Thai. 6.Willing to participate and able to attend all study activities throughout the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with schizophrenia by a physician. 2. Missed more than 2 consecutive intervention sessions. 3. Withdrew from the study during the study period.
