Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Caregivers of stroke patients : 1) aged 18 years and up 2) medical diagnosis with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke 3) planned hospital discharge 4) direct blood relative and unpaid primary caregiver of patient at home 5) no experience caring for stroke patients with a Barthel ADL Index of less than 12 out of 20 points 6) ability to clearly listen to, speak, read, and write in Thai with comprehension and consent to provide data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Caregivers of stroke patients refused or withdrew during the research. 2) Stroke patients had a history of advanced cancer. 3) Stroke patients were readmitted to the hospital for the same condition or for the development of other conditions. 4) Stroke patients died.
